Visit a Sugar Shack

Visit a local sugar shack, where you’ll learn how maple syrup is made and feast on traditional Québécois fare for lunch. These small wooden houses are built in maple forests, where sap is collected and boiled down to produce the sweet syrup that we all know and love.
